The line features two sparkling wines, both Quality Sparkling Wines. We chose to make them using the classic method, which ensures we deliver the best possible results, starting with the grape harvest, which takes place between the last ten days of August and the first week of September. This choice allows us to harvest less ripe grapes, resulting in a fresher finish, with a good acidity and just the right amount of alcohol.

Fortezza Premium is a line of four premium wines: a white wine, a red wine, and two sparkling wines that best express the potential of the land on which the winery's vineyards grow.
This line is a celebration of the land on which Torrecuso stands, a tribute to the extraordinary location of the vineyards, and ultimately a thank you for the precious gifts we continue to receive from this harsh yet generous land.

The wines in this line are produced in Torrecuso, on the eastern slope of the Taburno-Camposauro regional park in the province of Benevento.
Their quality is the result of three factors: sustainability, biodiversity, and vocation. The choice of fertigation and respect for the soil's characteristics, through cultivation practices most compatible with maintaining a good level of biodiversity, serve the vocation that distinguishes this territory. In the vineyard, for each plant, only the strongest bunches are selected and harvested, requiring no intervention or chemical agents to support their growth and full development. This results in larger, more flavorful fruits.
With these four wines, we have kept two promises: to return to our land with the purity of a child, and to give form and substance to a noble principle: "wine is born in the vineyard"—from the soil, its exposure, the altitude, and the care that man gives to the vineyard itself. This formidable mix contains the full strength of our vineyards, where our vines thrive, where our wines are born.
These four wines and their poems tell us a true story, that of a boy who, as a man, returns to his roots.
