Benevento – The Greco and Fiano from Cantine La Fortezza have been recognized by Wine&Spirits as world-class wines. The American trade magazine selected the two wines produced by the Torrecuso winery and featured them in two sections of its June issue. In the first section, the magazine selected the best white wines to pair with fish dishes. Specifically, Wine&Spirits selected and featured the Sannio Greco. "La Fortezza" paired with sea bass. Since sea bass is a fatty fish, the minerality and savory flavor of a product like Greco La Fortezza lend themselves perfectly to this pairing, helping to cut through the fat and enhance its flavor.
