The white wine of the line has characteristics that distinguish it in opposition to the red. In fact, this wine is well structured and remarkably full-bodied with a slight passage in wood. Its color is a straw yellow, bright, limpid and crystalline. The hints are of yellow fruit and recall peach, passion fruit and pineapple, to which are added vegetable notes of sage.
The minerality "inherited" from the soil determines high acidity and gives a distinctly mineral and saline scent.
